2009 Mexican League Soccer Apertura Broadcast Schedule On Fox Sports en Espanol

Fox Sports en Espanol will present live and exclusive coverage of Mexican soccer’s Apertura 2009 Tournament for the fifth consecutive year. The leader in Spanish-language sports media has live Spanish-language broadcast rights for the Apertura or “opening” tournament. The tournament which runs from August to December comprises the 18 top Mexican team. The Clausura or “Closing” tournament ended last May with UNAM defeating Pachuca to win their sixth title.

The champions and runner-ups of the Apertura 2009 and Clausura 2010 progress to the 2010 CONCACAF Champions League to compete against the top teams in each of CONCACAF’s regions.
