Bright House Networks Delivers Nine New HD Channels To Tampa Bay Subscribers

Bright House Networks has announced the launch of nine new high-definition channels to its subscribers in Tampa Bay region. The nation’s sixth largest multi system operator (MSO) with more than 2.4 million subscribers in several large markets has added following HD channels:

American Movie Classics (AMC) HD

CNBC HD

Fox News Channel HD

MAVTV HD

MLB Network HD

Smithsonian Channel HD

SPEED HD

The Biography Channel HD and

WGN America HD

Michael Robertson, President of Bright House Networks Tampa Bay Division said “We know how important it is for our customers to get the HD programming they desire, our HD customers want as many HD channels as possible, and we give them literally hundreds of hours of HD programming at no additional cost.”

Smithsonian Channel HD and MAVTV HD are available to Bright House HD pack subscribers.

I have been trying desperately to get service with Brighthouse since feb 24th. I have had a most frustrating, disappointing business experience. I now understand why people to to eight on your side and other media for help.
I would appreciate it if you would pull up my account and go over my notes. There you will see why I am so upset. I am a very patient and kind woman and do consider myself understanding of human error. However this experience has gone way over the top for me. No business should be treating a customer this way. The last gentleman I spoke to I spent over 30 minutes on my sell phone wracking up minutes to be told to get under my desk and check to see where the wires are hooked up to. I have a serious back injury and the last thing I need is to under my desk on my knees doing job for Brighthouse when I havent had one day of satisfaction from this company and I am paying a fine fee for this aggravation to boot. I cannot believe any business could make this many errors, especially a company as large Brighthouse who claims to be the very best in quality of product and service. You could not possibly be .proud to be associated with this experience.
Once again I have been told that the situation will be resolved today. I can only hope.
I am seriously considering Verizon or another company. How do I reccommend this company What do I tell all the people we know that this has had a great outcome?. Please read my notes. I have been trying to get completed service with brighthouse sine feb.24. This has been a most frustrating and disappointing experience. I now know why people go to Eight on your side with their business experience. Please go to my account notes you will see why I am so upset. The account is under Kevin Helmicki 5177 Mentmore Ave Spring Hill Fla. 34606. I consider myself a very patient and reasonable woman who understands human error. This is very unprofessional business. Everyone blames everyone else and the customer bears the emotional and financial burden. I am certain that upon reading my account notes you would not be proud to represnt Brighthouse. My mother died a few month ago and she asked me to do something nice for my husband and me. I thought this would be the nice gift she wanted us to have. It just has added to the pain.
