Cablevision Launches 30 New HD Channels To Reach 100 HD Channels

Cablevision Systems Corporation has launched 30 new high-definition channels to its iO TV subscribers in Connecticut, New Jersey, Long Island and the Hudson Valley. The cable operator is now offering 100 HD channels in its entire service area. Cablevision has already completed the HD expansion in New York City.

Cablevision is not charging any extra price for the following new HD channels added:

5 Star Max HD

Turner Classic Movies HD and

WMAX HD

Cablevision has also added following religious-themed networks in standard definition in all service areas.

Daystar

Eternal Word Television Network (EWTN) and

Trinity Broadcasting Network
