Cablevision Systems Corporation Adding Five New HD Channels

Cablevision Systems Corporation has announced that the cable operator will launch five new high-definition channels. Headquartered in Bethpage, New York, serving New York, New Jersey, Connecticut, and parts of Pennsylvania. Cablevision will start adding new HD channels from Tuesday, October 14. Cablevision Systems now offers about 50 high-definition channels. Following are the new HD channels to be added:
CMT HD
Fuse HD
MTV HD
NHL HD
and
VH1 HD

Want to know how to go about making a request to add channels to cablevision. Word channel is on comcast would like it added to cablevison for veiwers in central Jersey
