Charter Communications has announced the launch of two new high-definition channels in the Clarksville area. Charter has added following channels in their Expanded Basic HD service.

Charter subscribers need a HDTV and a Charter HD receiver to receive these channels without any addition charge. Charter now offers 34 HD channels in this area and expects to add more channels.

Tony Fox, director of Operations for Charter’s Clarksville said “Both USA Network and National Geographic are very popular channels, and when viewed in high-definition, will be great additions to our customer’s enjoyment of HD, with our Charter On Demand service; our customers also have instant access to over 400 HD programs any one time.”

Where did access to the network digital channels go? We pay for access to these; will our bill be drastically reduced? And if these are not reinstated or the price drastically reduced, maybe it’s time to change services.
Thank you,
Paul
