Colorado’s third largest school district, Douglas County School District has awarded two-year contract to provide a comprehensive set of communications and network services worth $2.5 million to Time Warner Telecom. Time Warner Telecom will now serve district-wide Internet services, business continuity and disaster recovery facilities and continuation and moderate expansion of the existing wide-area network for data and voice services based on T-1 circuits.

Time Warner Telecom‘s superior customer service and a consultative approach was a key driver in awarding the contract,” said Doug Kissler, director of IT for Douglas County School District. “We truly have a partner in Time Warner Telecom for our communications — not just a vendor. It’s nice to know that Time Warner Telecom will be there to support our team and our technology.”
