Comcast Launches 50 New HD Channels in New Jersey

Comcast has launched 50 new high-definition channels to its programming lineup in the Wildwood and Avalon area in New Jersey on Thursday, August 12.

Comcast is now offering more than 100 HD channels to its subscribers in the Wildwood and Avalon area. Comcast has also added HD channels in Upper Township, Dennis Township, Woodbine and Ocean City areas.

Comcast is switching over to a digital signal throughout New Jersey and subscribers with expanded basic channel lineup must install digital converter boxes to avoid loosing channels.

Comcast’s new HD channels in New Jersey include:
