Comcast has announced the launch of the Universal Caller ID service to its Triple Play subscribers in Michigan. Comcast has launched this service at no additional cost to digital cable, high-speed Internet and digital voice services subscribers.
This new Universal Caller ID feature provides three-product customers more control and convenience than ever before. Whether they’re in the middle of watching a movie or surfing the Internet, these customers can now see who is calling and decide to answer the phone or ignore the call without having to rush to the handset.
Tom Coughlin, Senior Vice President of Comcast’s Michigan Region said, “The Universal Caller ID service is exciting because it’s one of the first cross-platform products that integrates phone, TV and the PC, and it provides customers with more choice in their entertainment experience. This innovative new feature is just one more way we’re providing even more value to our customers at no extra cost.”
