Cox Communications announced that it will bring the first Major League Baseball games in 3D between the New York Yankees and the Seattle Mariners on Saturday, July 10 and Sunday, July 11. Cox will broadcast these games on the official channel of the New York Yankees YES Network 3D on channel 784 in Manchester and Meriden, Connecticut.
Cox subscribers with 3DTV and an HD or HD/DVR receiver to receive the Yankees games live at 10:10 p.m. ET on Saturday and 4:10 p.m. ET via YES 3D on Sunday.
Subscribers without 3DTVs at home can visit the Best Buy stores in Manchester or Meriden during business hours on Sunday, July 11. Best Buy will be re-airing Saturday’s 3D Yankees game from opening to 4:00 p.m., leading up to the live coverage of Sunday’s contest at 4:10.
