DirecTV has appointed Joe Bosch as executive vice president and Chief Human Resources Officer.
Reporting to Mike White, Chairman, President and CEO of DIRECTV, Bosch will be responsible for executive recruitment and talent management, compensation, workforce performance, organizational alignment, training and development, change management, employee and labor relations, employee benefits, and employee communications.
Bosch served as senior vice president of Human Resources at Centex, before joining DirecTV. Bosch rebuilt the senior executive team at Centex and established a corporate-wide approach to talent management. He built a world-class HR function, developed a senior-level succession process and designed new pay structures.
Bosch was senior vice president of Human Resources at Tenet Healthcare, where he oversaw all HR functions before joining Centex, implemented a balanced scorecard incentive system to drive the corporate strategy and rebuilt the HR function and system capability.

I am a customer of Directv.Several weeks ago. I changed the original package I had , to better fit my budget.I wanted to make sure I could still get the religious channels, locals , and the Fit channel .The Fit Channel was removed without even notifying me. I have called directv ,as well as a number they gave me .I thought you might be able to help.I have all the channels I requested except the Fit Channel.I am trying to get physically fit and that channel is very important to me.I would like to have that channel again.If there is anything you can do to help, I would greatly appreciate it.
