DirecTV subscribers can view Gospel Music Channel from March 19

Atlanta based Gospel Music Channel (GMC) will be available for DirecTV customers from March 19 on channel 339. GMC has reached carriage deal with DirecTV and also with Time Warner Cable, Cox and Comcast and the 24-hour Christian Music television network will reach about 40 million households in United States. The terms of the deal were not disclosed.

Gospel Music Channel founder and president Charles Humbard said “We look forward to providing DirecTV customers with this unique and uplifting entertainment and we thank DirecTV for their support, We believe that GMC’s positive and entertaining music television will deliver quality, inspirational and family-friendly programming, which will resonate with our customers”
