Dish Network Launches Nine New High-Definition Channels

Dish Network has launched nine new high-definition channels to expand its high-definition programming lineup on February 11. Dish Network says that it is offering more than 160 HD channels. Following are the new HD channels added:

  • BBC America HD
  • E! HD
  • Fox Soccer Channel HD
  • Hallmark Channel HD
  • IndiePlex HD
  • RetroPlex HD
  • SHOWTIME (West) HD
  • Sportsman HD and
  • TruTV HD

Dish Network has launched new HD channels on following packages:

  • America’s Top 200 Package – BBC America HD, Hallmark Channel HD and truTV HD
  • America’s Top 120 Package – E! HD
  • America’s Top 250 Package – Fox Soccer Channel HD and Sportsman HD
  • Showtime Unlimited Package – SHOWTIME (West) HD
  • PlatinumHD Package – IndiePlex HD and RetroPlex HD
