ESPN 3D Announces Three 2010 College Football Games Broadcast Schedule

ESPN 3D will broadcast three 2010 College Football Games in September. The inaugural season on ESPN 3D will feature 13 college football games of 2010 season, concluding with the Tostitos BCS National Championship Game on Monday, January 10 at 8:30 p.m.

First ESPN 3D broadcast will begin with No. 2 Boise State against No. 5 Virginia Tech from FedEx Field, home of the Washington Redskins Monday, Sept. 6 at 8 p.m. ET.

ESPN 3D’s second coverage will be Big Ten Conference champion No. 3 Ohio State hosting No. 19 Miami of the ACC on Sept. 11 at 3:40 PM. This is the second time that Ohio state features in ESPN’s 3D broadcast, earlier ESPN kicked off its 3D coverage when Ohio State’s game against USC on Sept. 9, 2009.

ESPN’s third 3D coverage will be when Clemson from the ACC travels to Auburn from the SEC on Sept. 18 with kickoff slated for 7 p.m.

ESPN 3D will telecast a featured college football game almost every week of the season. Additional dates will be announced as the season progresses; schedule subject to change. Sony is the official sponsor of college football on ESPN 3D, and college football games televised on ESPN 3D will utilize Sony professional cameras.
