ESPN will broadcast main event of the 2010 World Series of Poker Tuesday, Aug 31, at 9 p.m. with 2,734 players remaining. Lon McEachern and Norman Chad will host the event.
The field is stacked with five members of last year’s November Nine, including the runner up Darvin Moon; the best player in the game, Phil Ivey; two-time Main Event final table player Jeff Shulman; and four-time final table player and 1995 winner Dan Harrington. In all, four Main Event champions see action, including Doyle Brunson.
A plethora of other pros and celebrities are at the event, including Player of the Year leader Frank Kassela and actor Jason Alexander (Seinfeld).
