ESPN has announced that it will launch ESPNBoston.com on Sep. 14. ESPN has already launched local sports sites for Chicago, Dallas, Los Angeles and New York. ESPNBoston.com will deliver New England sports news and information, online video, and original and customized content integrated from ESPN’s multiple platforms.
Peter Lawrence-Riddell will be the managing editor of ESPNBoston.com, supervising the day-to-day editorial operations. Like other local ESPN.com sites, ESPN.com executive editor Kevin Jackson will provide editorial oversight and coordination.
ESPN has launched ESPNChicago.com in April and has already established itself as the top sports site for Chicago fans and among the most popular news and information destinations for Chicago residents.
ESPNBoston.com will feature:
