Fox Soccer Channel To Broadcast ‘Match Against Poverty 2008′ Live on November 17

Fox Soccer Channel will bring a live coverage of the sixth-annual Match Against Poverty on Monday, November 17, 1:00 p.m. ET. The Complex Sportive in Fes, Morocco will host the international charity match and the proceeds would go to the Match Against Poverty, which takes an initiative against poverty under the United Nations Development Program’s Millennium Development Goals.

Ronaldo and Zinedine Zidane will captain each team and the match will start at 1:00 p.m. and following players have confirmed the participation:

Victor Valdes – FC Barcelona

Seydou Keita – FC Barcelona

Anatoliy Tymoshchuk – Zenit St. Petersburg

Joseba Etxeberria – Athletico Bilbao

Ivan Leko – Club Brugge and

Lauren – Portsmouth
