FSN will broadcast 1000 MLB Games In HD

The year 2008 will be flooded with HD games for the baseball fans as
FSN is planning to offer more than 1,000 live high-definition baseball broadcasts this year. This is possible for FSN with its 16 owned and operated regional sports networks and they totally will offer more than sixty percent of the total baseball scheduled games offered by FSN.

Fox sports won’t stop with this; they are planning to bring more HD coverage of NBA, NHL and MLB games to make it to 1,600 live events this year. This will make FSN network an undisputed leader in the HD sports programming in US.

FSN Networks president Randy Freer said “We’re pleased to be able to offer more than 1,000 Major League Baseball games in hi-definition this season, Increasing our commitment to high-definition programming allows FSN to offer greater value to our viewers, team partners, and distributors.”
