Mediacom Communications Delivers 25 New HD Channels To Lake County Subscribers

Mediacom Communications has launched 25 new high-definition channels in its programming line-up to Lake County subscribers. Medicom’s HD Family Cable subscribers are delivered with 20 HD channels with no extra cost. Following are new HD channels added:

Animal Planet HD – Ch.844

Bravo HD – Ch.859

Cartoon Network HD – Ch.862

CNBC HD – Ch.855

CNN HD – Ch.827

Discovery HD – Ch.842

Food Network HD – Ch.858

Fox News HD – Ch.856

FX HD – Ch.860

HBO HD – Ch.880

HGTV HD – Ch.857

History Channel HD – Ch.848

Lifetime HD – Ch.863

On Demand PPV HD – Ch.899

Sci-Fi HD – Ch.839

Showtime HD – Ch.890

Speed Channel HD – Ch.861

Starz HD – Ch.885

TBS HD – Ch.836

The Movie Channel HD – Ch.892

TLC HD – Ch.843

TNT HD – Ch.835

Universal HD – Ch.840 and

USA HD – Ch.838

Shawn Swatosh Mediacom’s senior manager for area operations said “High-definition is the most significant change in the viewing experience since a generation ago when color television replaced black and white, Mediacom made investments to improve the Clear Lake area system over the past six months, and the result is evident today with this almost unprecedented addition of 25 high-definition channels.
