MLB Network announced that it will launch a 60-minute block of highlights, updates and live look-ins telecast commercial-free “Solid 60 presented by DIRECTV” on Friday, April 9 at 9:30 p.m. ET.
Greg Amsinger and Harold Reynolds of MLB Network will host the series taking viewers around the league at the time of day with the most games in progress.
Solid 60 will air within MLB Tonight, MLB Network’s live nightly studio show, regularly on Friday nights throughout the 2010 Championship Season.
Tony Petitti, President and CEO of MLB Network, said “Solid 60 showcases the essence of MLB Tonight in a one-hour format and demonstrates our commitment to providing comprehensive coverage of all 30 MLB Clubs.”
MLB Network’s signature program MLB Tonight broadcast live beginning at 6:00 p.m. ET until the final MLB game of the night ends each Monday through Friday, featuring live look-ins of games in progress, updates, highlights, reporting and analysis.
