Outdoor Channel Holdings has appointed Tom Allen as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer reporting to Outdoor Channel Holdings, President and Chief Executive Officer Roger Werner.
Allen has served as Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer ACME Communications from its inception in 1997. He was co-founder of ACME Communications and will continue to serve on ACME’s Board of Directors.
Allen was the Chief Operating Officer for U.S. operations and Chief Financial Officer for Virgin Interactive Entertainment from 1993 to 1996. Before that Mr. Allen served as Fox Broadcasting Company’s initial Chief Financial Officer from 1986 to 1993.
