Time Warner Cable Launches Five New High-Definition Channels in New York City

Time Warner Cable has launched five new high-definition channels to its programming lineup in New York City on Aug. 19. Following are the Time Warner’s new HD channels added:

BBC America HD – Channel 685

HSN HD – Ch. 739

Headline News HD – Ch. 758

Outdoor Channel HD – Ch. 480 and

Turner Classic Movies HD – Ch. 782

Time Warner subscribers in New York City will be delighted to see BBC America in high-definition.

What happened to Lifetime HD, which was slated to be added in this lineup?

No news about Lifetime HD. The highlight of the launch is BBC America HD.
