Time Warner Cable has launched a new video package ‘El Paquetazo’ to its Spanish-language subscribers in Texas. El Paquetazo package launch is Hispanic Heritage Month gift to Spanish speaking customers.

El Paquetazo package offers the best in Spanish-language and English programming including sports, movies, novelas, concerts, news, music, specials, and so much more to Time Warner Cable customers.
