Time Warner Cable raises Fund for the Texas School for the Deaf

Time Warner Cable and News 8 Austin, a 24-hour local cable news-station based in Austin, Texas (operated by Time Warner Cable), through annual Kars & Kids classic car and hot rod show, held on the school’s South Congress Avenue campus raised more than $18,000 for the Texas School for the Deaf.

This fund will be used by the school to improve the facilities like buying classroom technology and equipment for its automotive repair program. Texas School for the Deaf has announced News 8 Austin and Time Warner Cable its Partner of the Year award recently.
