Time Warner Cable announced that it has entered an agreement with Major League Baseball to form the Time Warner Cable Sports booth at MLB All-Star FanFest in Anaheim, California from July 9 to July 13.
Baseball fans can enter Time Warner Cable Sports booth at MLB All-Star FanFest to enjoy high-definition experience in following ways:
Step Thru The Screen With Time Warner Cable Sports – Baseball fans can discover if they have what it takes to be a big league sports broadcaster. Fans will host an on-camera commentary segment calling a game winning grand slam or raving about their favorite All-Star or team in 30 seconds or less. As the official video provider of MLB All-Star FanFest, Time Warner Cable will record fans’ “behind the desk” performances and post selected videos on the Time Warner Cable YouTube channel.
The Broadcast Experience: Local News Desk for Exclusive Interviews – Fans may catch Time Warner Cable LA News Sports anchors in action as they tape broadcast segments from a satellite set. Coverage will include: MLB FanFest highlights, MLB All-Star commentary, interviews with talent and event coverage from the FanFest floor.
“HD In The Living Room” – The most comfortable seat in the house is at the HD Living Room where fans can put up their feet and experience an at-home feeling as they enjoy MLB games and highlights of the year. Time Warner Cable’s exclusive sports channels will also be featured.
Time Warner Cable Sports partnered with FOX Regional Sports Networks to provide Spanish language event coverage from Dodgers broadcaster, Manny Mota. Additionally, on-air talent from MLB Network will also be present with appearances by two-time Al Leiter on Sunday, July 11 at 3:30 p.m. and three-time Dan Plesac on Tuesday, July 13 at 1:00 p.m.
