Time Warner Cable is adding two dozens of new high-definition channels in its West Region. Time Warner subscribers in Los Angeles, other Southern California markets and Hawaii will have a minimum of 60 HD channels. Time Warner will start adding new HD channels from today and will finish before Dec. 16. The new HD channels are
