Time Warner Cable has announced that it will go for a major high-definition expansion in Southern Manhattan with the launch of more than 60 HD channels. Time Warner has expanded its HD line-up in Northern Manhattan with 32 high-definition channels leaving the Southern Manhattan subscribers with a doubt on the HD expansion in this market.
The cable operator is planning to dumb huge number of HD channels on February 4. Time Warner website has listed following new HD channels will be available in February 2009:
