Verizon FiOS Launches MASN 2 HD in Washington D.C. On Friday, July 16

Verizon FiOS will launch MASN 2 HD on channel 501 to its subscribers in Washington metro area on Friday, July 16. Verizon FiOS subscribers in Washington can watch Nationals and Orioles game in high definition.

Verizon will be launching the channel very soon in other areas also, as they are working on a technical solution to make the MASN2 HD feed available.

Heather Wilner, Manager, Media Relations at Verizon said “Many of you have asked when MASN2 would become available in HD on FiOS TV. Well, the time is now. Whether you’re rooting for the Nationals or the Orioles, or if you’re looking forward to seeing the Ravens in high def, you’ll now get it all on FiOS in HD.”
