Verizon has announced that it will offer the Ultimate Fighting Championship’s heavyweight pay-per-view event “UFC: 116 LESNAR vs. CARWIN” on Saturday, July 3 at 10 p.m. ET on FiOS TV’s Spanish-language programming.
UFC heavyweight champion Brock Lesnar will defend his title against interim title holder Shane Carwin on Saturday and the event will also be available on a FiOS TV English-language PPV channel.
The Spanish-language PPV event will be available on channel 1002 for FiOS TV subscribers. The event is also available in English on Channel 1000 in standard-definition and channel 1001 for high-definition.
Verizon’s FiOS TV subscribers have access to UFC on Video on Demand with a triple-tiered offering of three distinct services: UFC Free Zone, UFC Fight Zone and UFC Event Zone.
