Verizon Communications has announced that it offers freeview of the Spanish Language Package to FiOS TV subscribers starting Oct. 19-25. Verizon FiOS TV subscribers will receive freeview of following channels:

Espanol

Galavision and

Toon Disney

Verizon will also offer CNN’s two-part documentary series of “CNN Presents: Latino in America,” which will premiere on Oct. 21 and 22 at 9 p.m. ET as “Ser Latino en EE.UU” on CNN en Espanol.

Shruti Joshi, executive director of multicultural marketing for Verizon, said “Verizon offers some of the best international channels to our multicultural customers, helping them keep current on news and events in their native country. The Spanish Language Package is a good addition for families who want more TV programming in their native language. And by adding Internet or phone service, or both, to the TV service, Verizon connects customers on all fronts, at a great price.”

Every time Verizon slams Net neuterality but offers better and better services… with higher traffic. So if traffic doesn’t matter for them, or it’s cheap, why don’t they just agree with it.
