September 12, 2009 · 4 comments

Verizon Wireless has announced that it has launched the Verizon Football Zone on V CAST Video for its college football fans. Subscribers will be delivered with every game live on every Saturday afternoons on the Verizon Football Zone on V CAST Video.

Verizon Football Zone on V CAST Video will be so helpful for the fans out of the house or away from a television on weekend afternoons but want to stay connected to what is happening with their favorite teams. The upcoming games feature teams from several of the major conferences across the country and are just some of the more than 100 live sporting events scheduled to be shown on V CAST Video in 2009.

College football fans can also keep up with their favorite teams with Verizon Wireless’ ESPN MVP service to get ESPN content, including the teams’ rosters, stats, injuries, schedules, news and information on specific players, and the latest sports clips. With the College SuperFans application, fans receive instant access to their favorite college teams, with up-to-the-minute scores, news stories, schedules, AP and BCS polls, conference standings, and game previews and summaries.
