WAPA America To Deliver The Final Round Of AIBA World Boxing Championships, Live from Milan

The InterMedia Partners owned WAPA America originates from Puerto Rico will broadcast the final round for the Gold Medal at the 2009 Association Internationale de Boxe Amateur (AIBA) World Championships from Milan.

Jose Pedraza (60 kg) and McWilliams Arroyo (51 kg) from Puerto Rica will play for the gold medal in their respective categories. WAPA America has been transmitting from Tuesday, September 8, daily primetime coverage of the best matches from the World Championships, devoting special attention to fighters from Puerto Rico, the Dominican Republic, Cuba, Mexico and other Latin American countries of interest to U.S. Hispanic viewers.

The live transmission of the Gold Medal round Saturday morning will be followed by retransmission of the final round on Saturday, September 12, at 9 p.m. ET on WAPA America.
